Jeanne de Matel Laureate Diploma................................................................................................................................
This diploma recognizes the student who is capable of college-level work while still in high school. Students meeting the requirements of the Advanced Diploma shall also complete the following requirements:
- Complete at least four additional advanced-level courses to include AP Calculus AB.
- In addition to our Theology department service requirements, the student will be required to participate in one major service project based on criteria listed on the application form.
- An exemplary conduct record.
- Qualifies for a total of at least three measures in the following two categories:
Qualifying measures for the Jeanne de Matel Laureate Diploma:
[Students need not qualify in both categories.]
1. Recognition as a Commended Scholar, Semifinalist, or Finalist by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation; and/or
2. Attainment of at least four scores of 3 or above (two if qualified under #1 above) on College Board Advanced Placement Examinations.
Students should apply to be designated as “Jeanne de Matel Diploma Candidates” in the fall of their senior year.
