Jeanne de Matel Laureate Diploma............................................................................................................
This diploma recognizes the student who is capable of college-level work while still in high school. Students meeting the requirements of the Advanced Diploma shall also complete the following requirements:
Complete at least four additional advanced-level courses.
In addition to our Theology department service requirements, the student will be required to participate in one major service project based on criteria listed on the application form.
An exemplary conduct record.
Qualifies for a total of at least three measures in the following two categories:
Qualifying measures for the Jeanne de Matel Laureate Diploma:
[Students need not qualify in both categories.]
1. Recognition as a Commended Scholar, Semifinalist, or Finalist by the National Merit Scholarship Corporation; and/or
2. Attainment of at least four scores of 3 or above (two if qualified under #1 above) on College Board Advanced Placement Examinations.
Students should apply to be designated as “Jeanne de Matel Diploma Candidates” in the fall of their senior year.
