We welcome students of all backgrounds. We know that a diverse student body is an important part of a school's educational background and adds to the richness of each student's educational experience. While our students bring diversity to our campus, they also share common bonds--academic readiness, intellectual curiosity, and critical thinking.

Incarnate Word Academy seeks and enrolls students with diverse skills and interests. Admission decisions are based on a student's academic and behavioral readiness, matching the student's ability and needs with the Incarnate Word Academy educational program.

Acceptence is based on the following critieria:

• Open to individuals of any race, national/ethnic origin, or gender
• Required registration materials, including report cards, immunization records and objective test results
• A certified birth certificate and/or baptismal certificate (Elementary Level only)
• Recommendations from previous school/teachers
• Interview with new parent and student by the principal
