Incarnate Word Academy seeks and enrolls students with a diversity of skills and interests.

Admission decisions are based on a student's academic and behavioral readiness, matching the student's ability and needs with the Incarnate Word Academy educational program. Acceptence is based on the following critieria:

• Open to individuals of any race, national/ethnic origin, or gender
• Required registration materials, including report cards, immunization records and objective test results
• A certified birth certificate and/or baptismal certificate (Elementary Level only)
• Recommendations from previous school/teachers
• Interview with new parent and student by the principal
