Middle Level School Supply List

This supply list is a basic list to start the school year. Subject-specific school supply lists will be issued by individual teachers and all supplies will be due no later then Monday, August 7, 2006.

1 3 - ring zippered binder
1 package of Wide-ruled loose leaf paper
3 large spiral notebooks
1 single subject spiral
#2 pencils
1 pack map colors
Blue or black ink pens
1 pack water-based markers
1 12 - inch ruler with metric and standard units
Scissors
1 small package of sheet protectors
1pencil case to fit inside binder
1 highlighter (color optional)
1 red pen
1 packet of 12 x 18 inch manila drawing paper
1 white bath towel for wellness class
1 large box of facial tissues
3 large rolls of paper towels
1 pocket folder with brads
1 ream white Xerox paper
2 composition books
$1.00 for computer diskette
School Agenda datebook – to be purchased at time of registration
Backpack – Keep in mind that a backpack may not be used throughout the day. Students will leave them all day in their advisory classrooms, where their lockers are located. (rolling backpacks are permitted)

7th Grade

Color markers – thick and thin ones (no permanent markers)
1 package color pencils
3 highlighters (pink, blue, yellow)
1 12 - inch ruler with metric and standard units
Scissors
1 pack copier paper (girls only)
1 packet of 12 x 18 inch manila drawing paper (boys only)
1 Texas highway map – not laminated – big one for Texas History (the best one is free from the TX Highway Dept. 1-800-888-8TEX)
2 large boxes of facial tissues
2 large rolls of paper towels
1 pack of manila folders (at least 6 folders)
$1.00 for computer diskette
1 white bath towel for wellness class

1 black and white composition book
2 three-subject spiral notebooks (with pockets/non-perforated)
Red ink pens
Standard blue or black pens
#2 pencils
Highlighters (at least one yellow)
Wide-ruled loose leaf paper
6 or 12 inch straight edge metric and standard units
Glue sticks
Water-based markers
1 white bath towel for wellness class

Backpack – Keep in mind that a backpack may not be used throughout the day. Students will leave them all day in their advisory classrooms, where their lockers are located. The backpacks must be able to fit inside the student’s locker.

1 container of baby wipes (not travel size)

3 packs of 3 X 5 unlined or plain index cards
1 packet of 12 x 18 inch manila drawing paper (last names A-G)
8 ½ X 11 construction paper (last names H-Q)
Colored Xerox/copier paper (last names R-Z)
