Incarnate word academy Athletic Program

Angel Athletics are an integral part of the Incarnate Word Academy experience. Our sports teams are some of the most competitive in the area and have a reputation for being one of the top ranked teams in their category. Our athletic program serves as an extension of the mission of the Sisters of the Incarnate Word and Blessed Sacrament at Incarnate Word Academy.

Incarnate Word Academy student athletes:

• Focus on developing the whole person, becoming well-rounded, sound citizens of the community;
• Practice positive habits, skills, and attitudes, while participating in and observing athletic events;
• Build physical, mental, moral, and social character;
• Practice a positive attitude, leadership skills, pride of accomplishment, loyalty to others, and self-discipline.
