Incarnate Word Academy High School Athletic Program

Incarnate Word Academy High School fields varsity, junior varsity, and freshman teams in sports every season. The athletic program pushes students towards excellence. All of the athletic programs are coached by experienced professionals who expect the best out of their athletes and expect them to carry on the tradition that other athletes have carried on before them.

Incarnate Word Academy High School offers a number of athletic programs that are fun and competitive. IWA offers an opportunity for everyone to participate and be part of the team. When wins and losses don't count, it becomes all about the true spirit of competition and having fun with friends. Because we understand the value of athletics from physical and team building perspectives, IWA offers a number of sports. They include:

Every student who plans to participate in athletics must have a physical on file in the Athletic Office or in the coaches' hands before any participation can occur.
