Chess Club for the Elementary
Sponsor: Dr. Bernard Seger and Augustin Rivera
The Chess Club provides the opportunity for children to learn one of the most popular and ancient board games. Additionally, it improves the skills of planning and critical thinking, and reinforces the behaviors of attention and concentration.
Membership is open for grades 1st - 5th .
The club practices every Monday morning at 7:30 A.M. in the Elementary Library.
