Art 1, Art 2, Art 3 Pre-AP, Art 4 Pre-AP

I was born and raised in Corpus Christi. A 1974 graduate of Roy Miller High School. I participated in the art and sports program while in high school. I was inducted into the Roy Miller Sports Hall of Fame in 2016.

A 1980 graduate of Texas A&I University-Kingsville. My educational career stems from teaching in the Victoria Independent Schools, Corpus Christi Independent School District, where I taught art and coached for 34 years at Hamlin Jr. High/Middle School. Upon my retirement (which wasn’t long). I accepted a position to teach Art at Incarnate Word High School (2016).

My hobbies include sports, sports activities and painting and drawing. I have been recognized and honored with numerous awards for my artwork. My art is a wide variety of works and many mediums from still life to sports art. I’m a member of Texas A&l Alumni Association.

My love for the art inspires me to continue teaching art. It allows me to take the gift that I have and pass it on to others and the students that I teach.
