New Families who have not yet enrolled in FACTS eCashier should follow this link to create a new account.
How to find your Student ID: You can find your Student ID by visiting the IWA Family Portal and selecting Family Home. Select your child's name from the drop-down menu. Your child's Student ID is listed after their name.
Returning families will need to complete the following, if applicable:
- Pay your outstanding balance for the 2024-2025 school year via ParentsWeb. For accounts disabled due to a financial hold, please call the Business Office at (361) 883-0857 ext. 117 to complete this step.
- Update your payment information and verify payment plan via FACTS.
All families will need to complete the following:
- Pay the Enrollment, Activity, and Athletic fees via ParentsWeb.
Reminder: Enrollment, Activity, and Athletic fees not paid by Angel Check-In will be added to your FACTS account.
Business Office Charge
- Effective October 1, 2016, all credit card transactions processed by the Business Office will incur a 3% processing fee. Thank you for your understanding as we strive to be good stewards of our resources by reducing costs where possible.
- Accounts not set up for automatic tuition payments via FACTS eCashier will incur a $300 Admin fee. (Annual and Semi-annual payment plans are excluded)

For students who will require the administration of medication at school, an “In-School Medication Administration” form must be signed every year by both the parent/guardian AND the student’s physician. Additionally, all inhalers require a physician-signed “Asthma Action Plan” and Epi-pens require a physician-signed “Life Threatening Allergy Action Plan.”

Incarnate Word Academy Immunization Policy
If your child does not have the proper documentation on record at school by August 3,
2023, they will not be permitted to attend school until it is received.
Please take the appropriate steps to have your child immunized or upload the documentation
using the form below. Alternatively, immunization records may be mailed to the school
nurse/office or a scanned copy may be emailed to our school nurse at matll@iwacc.org .
Refer to the attached documents to view Incarnate Word Academy's full Immunization Policy as well as documents from the Texas Department of State Health Services that detail the immunization(s) your child is required to have.

Please verify student and family contact information. If everything is correct, you may proceed to the next step. To make changes, please submit all corrections using the form below.
- Log in to Family Portal (ParentsWeb)
- Click on the "Family" drop-down menu
- Click on "Family Home"
- Verify that contact information for each family member is correct by selecting each family member's name in the drop-down menu at the top of the page.
- If your information or a family member's information needs to be updated, please submit changes in the text box below.
- When submitting your changes, please specify the family member (mother, father, grandparent, etc.) whose information is being updated.

Incarnate Word Academy has partnered with SLA Management to provide students with lunches for the upcoming school year.
How to Register
1. Go to www.slalunch.com
2. Click "Sign Up" at the top of the page.
3. Fill in the requested registration information. Click "Create Account."
4. This will bring you to an "Account Created" page. Click the link to return to the login page.
5. Now you can log in to your account using your registered e-mail and chosen password.
6. When you log in for the first time you will be presented with the Terms & Conditions of our site; read through the document carefully and click "I agree" when you are ready to continue.
How to Add Students to Your Account
1. Once you log in you will be redirected to the "My Account" page.
2. To the top right of the screen click "Add Students."
3. Enter the zip code of the school that your student attends. Click "Continue." Select the school that your student attends.
4. Type your student's last and first names exactly as they would be spelled on the school roster. Click "Add Student." Nicknames will not be found in the system.
5. Your student is now added to the account and will be displayed under the "Student Access" heading.
How to Make a Deposit
Follow these steps below if you are not currently registered:
1. Click the "Make Cafeteria Deposit" link on the homepage.
2. Select your student, enter the deposit amount in the box displayed, and click "Continue." The minimum deposit amount will be $25.00. This amount refers to the total deposit for all family members on your account. You do not need to deposit this amount into each student's account.
3. Confirm the deposit amount and click "Add to Cart." On the next screen, click "Check Out" to continue to payment.
4. Select the method of payment. You can deposit in the form of a Bank Draft Transaction or a Credit Card Payment (we accept VISA & MasterCard). Please note the 2.3% plus $0.50 convenience fee for each credit card transaction and ACH.
5. Now you can enter your billing information. Make sure to fill out all required fields. Check the box at the bottom of the page if you wish to save this information for future use. If you are planning on setting up automatic deposits, we recommend that you check this box.
6. Next you will need to enter the payment information. The total deposit amount, including the convenience fee, will be shown at the bottom of the screen. You must check the box to authorize the payment. Click "Process Payment" to finish the transaction. Your Transaction Receipt will appear once the payment has been completed.

1. Login and click on "My Account."
2. Scroll down and click on "New Saved Payment Source" on the right-hand side, and click "Continue."
3. Select ACH or Credit Card (drop-down), click "Continue".
4. Enter payment information and click "Continue."
Setup Auto-Payment
1. Click "Home."
2. Click "View/Set Reminders."
3. Click "Modify" on the left-hand side of your student's name.
4. Use the drop-down menu to choose "Auto Replenish" and click "Continue."
5. Choose a "Balance Level Payment Source" and "Deposit Amount," and click "Continue."
6. Check the box on the left-hand side and click on "Save Reminder."

Volunteers are a very important part of the success of IWA and serve as excellent role models for our community. The IWA Advancement and Marketing Team has multiple opportunities for you to volunteer and impact your student's educational experience.
Some examples of the volunteer opportunities available are as follows:
IWA Raffle: Help us organize the IWA All School Raffle.
Alumni Re-Engagement Program: Help us track down IWA Alumni and reconnect.
Hopelessly Devoted to IWA Fundraising Event: Help us plan and execute our signature fundraiser and social event of the year.
President's Circle Membership: Help us contact former President's Circle Members and ask for their renewed membership.
Photography: Whether you are a photographer by trade or as a hobby, we would love to partner with volunteers who may be interested in taking photos at events. These events include athletics, clubs and organizations, and much more.
