How to Apply
Welcome to Admissions at Incarnate Word Academy. Enrollment for for the upcoming school year is currently open for all students. The enrollment fee, if needed, can be paid in two or three installments. Please contact the Business Office at (361) 883-0857 to set up your payment plan.

To begin the application process, please Create an Online Account and follow the steps below.
- Complete and submit the application.
- Submit the required supplemental documents.
- Submit your $25 non-refundable application fee.
If you have started your application and would like to make changes or check your status, Log In to your account.
Once a student is accepted into Incarnate Word Academy, he/she will receive an Invitation to Enroll via email. This email will contain instructions to create a Family Portal (ParentsWeb) account. Family Portal is the online system that Incarnate Word Academy uses to facilitate communications between school and home.
