A limited Aftercare program for Middle Level students will be offered during the 2020-2021 school year. Because of the pandemic, daily or weekly drop-in service will not be available. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis and will be limited to a maximum of 12 students per month.
After school care is offered Monday - Friday, beginning at 4:05 p.m. until 5:15 p.m. and will include supervised activities, study tables for homework and other school assignments, and limited outdoor recreation.
The cost for after school care is $100 per month. This monthly rate cannot be prorated or altered based on attendance (or lack thereof).
Students will sign in upon arrival. When a parent/guardian arrives for pick up, they must call their child’s phone or (361) 883-0857 ext. 303 from the parking lot to notify the supervisor so the student can be walked out to meet them and signed out.
Only parents or alternate pick-up representatives indicated on the registration form will be permitted to pick-up a child from the aftercare program.
Students must be picked up no later than 5:15 p.m. After the third late pick-up, students will be dismissed from the aftercare program.
Once you have completed the form below and click "submit," you will be asked to complete your payment via a credit or debit card. Once processed, you will receive an email confirmation that your form and payment have been submitted. If you wish to register more than one student for aftercare, please submit this form (and payment) for each child.
