The Angel Swim Team competed in the annual Reindeer Games at Tuloso-Midway. The girls team took 3rd place and the boys took 6th. We had 3 girls that brought home medals. Valentina Nisimblat got 2nd in the 100 free and 3rd in the 200 IM. Chloe Rosales took 2nd in the 50 free and 4th in the 100 back. Bella Chimbunde touched the wall in 3rd for the 100 free and took 4th in the 100 breast.
Top scorer for the boys was Aidan Orines, who took 6th in both the 50 free and the 100 fly.
Our next meet will be the CCISD Holiday Classic, with Winter training to follow. When we come back to school in January, we have just a few weeks until we start our championship season. We are sure our Angels will make a splash and return to State again this year!
