Ministry & Service
Through retreats, service learning, and community outreach, we empower students to glorify Christ and extend His love to the world.
Our Mission to Serve
Service is a cornerstone of the vibrant Catholic education offered at Incarnate Word Academy. Through a heartfelt commitment to helping others, students develop a deep connection with the spirituality of the Incarnate Word, embodying the enduring Charism of the Order of the Incarnate Word and Blessed Sacrament.
In collaboration with the OVISS Sisters, the Incarnate Word Mission offers students transformative opportunities through service projects and mission trips. Rooted in Gospel values, these experiences invite students to grow in faith while serving both local and global communities. From past missions in Mexico to recent outreach with Texas Catholic Charities and in Molo, Africa, students continue to build bridges of faith, love, and hope.

- Senior Retreat: In the spring, seniors are invited to a special final retreat at IWA, marking a sacred milestone in their final year.
Groups & Clubs

- Faith Formation Groups: These groups help students deepen their understanding of Catholic teachings through study, discussion, and prayer.
