Incarnate Word Academy students are encouraged to grow through a variety of extracurricular clubs and activities. Our Mission Team helps students lay the foundation of their faith, our coaches help students to grow in leadership and life skills, and our club sponsors encourage growth in creativity, imagination, and exploration.

Incarnate Word Academy values its alumni relationships, and we encourage former students to return to campus each year for a variety of events.

In This Section

At its core, Photography Club seeks to show students how to use a camera and compose shots for photos. We teach students to do new and innovative things behind the camera while also finding ways to serve the community.

The goal of Photography Club is to expand the knowledge of photographers and to help the less fortunate in the community.

Activities include photography contests throughout the community. Our students participate in photography shoots and fundraisers for the less fortunate, allowing them to enhance their photography skills while serving our community.

After Hurricane Harvey, we set up make overs for members of a local church. After the makeovers, the photography students took family photos by the water front. The objective is always on learning and experiencing new opportunities.
